Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

Due to the nature of essential oils, opened or used products are not eligible for refunds for hygiene and safety reasons.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used essential oils

  • Products damaged due to improper use

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
